Metals
We proudly use 925 sterling silver, specifically 100% recycled sterling silver for all our jewelry, with the exception of the chain on our "Ignore the Toxic" earrings, which is made from ethical Argentium silver 935. Our silver is sourced from suppliers who are members of the Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC). Their accreditation processes, which comply with ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001, ensure that their standards and practices undergo regular reviews and audits. Additionally, our suppliers partner with Ecologi to promote climate action.
To minimize environmental impact, our suppliers deliver metals in recycled plastic or cardboard packaging, which we recycle or repurpose. They are committed to achieving "net-zero" energy consumption by 2030. Importantly, due to the nature of our jewelry, we do not use any animal products.

Semi-Precious Stones
We source semi-precious stones from suppliers committed to a zero-tolerance policy against modern slavery. Located in Europe and the USA, all our suppliers are members of the Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC) and require their suppliers to adhere to a 'vendor code of conduct,' ensuring that gemstones are sourced in a socially responsible manner.
A key requirement for RJC membership is a demonstrated commitment to ethical sourcing, which encompasses a broad range of issues, including environmental, social, financial, and regulatory concerns. Auditors meticulously review sourcing practices to ensure that our suppliers only work with vendors who uphold these values.
To minimize environmental impact, our suppliers deliver gemstones in recycled plastic or cardboard packaging, which we either recycle or repurpose for storage.

Craftmanship
Our jewelry is crafted in Greece by local family-owned businesses, allowing us to maintain the highest quality standards while ensuring fair compensation for the artisans who create our pieces. By collaborating with these family-run enterprises, we guarantee that they are paid according to their agreed-upon terms, as family members are directly involved in the business.
Recognizing the value of silver as a precious metal, we prioritize sustainability by reusing discarded materials from our jewelry production. Since we exclusively work with sterling silver, even the silver dust generated during crafting can be recycled and repurposed, preserving its inherent value.

Packaging
All of our packaging is made from sustainable or recycled materials. From tissue paper to stickers and thank-you cards, everything is sourced from responsible European suppliers. Most of our suppliers, such as Noissue, also prioritize sustainability, ensuring that they send us materials in recycled or eco-friendly packaging. Additionally, we recycle any unused paper into gift cards for our special gift wraps, further reducing waste.

Shipping
We collaborate with ELTA, the Hellenic Post, which has made significant strides in sustainability, as highlighted in their latest report. Key achievements include:
A 4.93% reduction in overall energy consumption at ELTA
A 19.19% reduction in electricity consumption at ELTA
A 23.40% reduction in electricity consumption at ELTA Courier
A 10.49% reduction in energy consumption at ELTA Courier
A 9.18% reduction in fuel consumption at ELTA Courier
Zero corruption incidents
In addition, ELTA is actively working on a project for emission measurement, tracking Scope 1, Scope 2, and Scope 3 emissions. These measurements are conducted according to recognized standards, such as the UN and GHG Protocol (2021–2024). The results so far include:
Completion of Scope 1 (emissions from company vehicles) and Scope 2 (emissions from energy consumption) measurements
Scope 3 (emissions from suppliers and the broader value chain) measurement is scheduled for completion in 2024
This work has led to the creation of a sustainable sourcing strategy, aimed at optimizing the supply chain. Notably, this includes the optimization of delivery routes, focusing on synergies between requested services and delivery locations, particularly after ELTA’s digital transformation.
